Artwork to be supplied as high-res press ready PDF (CMYK) format, or true eps with fonts converted to outline (CMYK) format.

Do not supply artwork with crops or bleed. It is your responsibility to provide us with high enough resolution images and logos for grand format print, if you are unsure about this please call.

Without a pantone reference or colour hard copy Insite cannot guarantee colour matching.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Please also note that all our prints are finished using a manual process. Therefore we aim to finish all our prints within a 1% tolerance of the actual finished size. If this tolerance is not acceptable to you, then please advise your Account Handler at the point of placing an order with us.

This Order Confirmation is supplied in addition to our other Terms and Conditions – a full copy of which are available upon request.

Minimum order £500 for installations. Jobs under £750 are subject to an additional delivery charge of £25. Prices shown exclude VAT. Payment required on completion of job. File manipulation/studio time will incur an additional charge. Missed deadlines mean rush charges, as a result, incomplete jobs will be invoiced in full. We will not guarantee any print if artwork deadlines are missed.
